It was our first time here , and we really enjoyed the food . Homemade biscuits and Peanut butter was Delish. The waitress friendly and patient. The manager treated us kindly . Just the cashier was rude and not friendly at all , I was ready to pay in line and when it was my turn she yelled at me ma’am ! Move to the register . It was lunch time Se was very frustrated, and I think she didn’t wanted to be there due to her bad attitude.

If you ever find yourself in Illinois Amish Country (or within a couple hours), you have to go to Yoders Kitchen in Arthur, IL. There are too many things to choose from so go for the buffet. Every night there are different items (menu is online) but I waited until tonight so I could get all of my favorite comfort foods: broasted chicken, chicken and noodles, mashed potatoes, green beans (all of those are on the buffet every day for lunch and dinner) plus pot roast, turkey and dressing, and spaghetti. They also have a huge salad bar, a couple different soups, and a few different cobblers and treats for dessert. There are fresh baked pies also but those are an extra charge. Everything is made from scratch and definitely tastes like eating a Sunday dinner at Grandma's. Everything was delicious; there wasn't a single item I didn't like.

It was great absolutely loved it. My husband and I decided it's going to be a monthly trip. It's a buffet which there aren't a lot of anymore in this area.

Home cooked food. Buffet and a menu to choose from. A gift shop there as well. Food was great for the most part. Service was wonderful.

Dinner buffet was amazing! Even for the pickiest of eaters! Meatloaf was wonderful! Broasted chicken was tender and delicious! The macaroni salad was wonderful and tasted like the most amazing deviled egg. It was a fun opportunity to try Amish peanut butter as there was a jar on every table. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though the restaurant was huge and very busy! And who doesn't love a gift shop to browse after they eat? Best value for dinner, ever! We'll be back for sure.

Everyone was so kind, and each item was cooked to perfection. We drove an hour and half just for the buffet and to head home. Worth stopping anytime you're close by..... or a little drive.
